Where are you based?

We are a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office and address for correspondence is: Out of the Box FUN LTD. 179 Regents Park Road, London, N3 3PB, United Kingdom.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately, not right now but hope we will start delivering worldwide soon.

 

Which payment methods I can use to subscribe?

The accepted payment methods are: debit/credit card. Letterbox Club subscriptions will be debited within 7 days of set up. Account details can be changed from ‘My Account‘ on the website or by contacting us via email from [email protected]

 
 

When does my subscription payment take place?

We initially bill you at the time you place your order. For subscribers, we bill on the same day of each month. If you make a payment on the 15th of the month, you will be billed on the 15th of the following month. If you place an order on the 31st of the month and the following month does not contain this day, you will be billed on the closest day to the end of the month (for example the 30th, or the 28th if in February for example).

If I subscribe, when will I receive my first box?

Your first box will be posted to you within 7 working days of your order. For the months after, subscriptions are sent out on the 1st week of the month. If you subscribed on the 15th, you will receive your first box straight away, and then the next box on the 1st week of the next month. However, if you order late in the month, from the 25th onwards, we will send you the next month’s box on the 1st week of the month.

 

When will I receive my order?

We know you must be excited to get your box as soon as possible to surprise your little one.  We will post your box within 7 days of your purchase. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification and then all you have to do is to wait the postman to put your box through your door!

 

 

Do I need to be present at home to receive my box?

No, you don’t. That is why we choose a letter box to deliver each month’s theme.

 
 
 
 

Will a single box be enough for more than one child?

We advice that you purchase individual subscriptions for each child (according to their age group) so they can open their own package! But if you want to first try for your little ones to share, we suggest you to try FUN Plus Boxes which contains 4 different activities.

 

My child is 3 Years old which age group for the box should I select?

If your child is 3 years old, your selection should depend on their developmental level (You can think about your child’s concentration level, fine motor skills and language skills). You can start with 2-3 years old and if it seems to easy, you can change your subscription from your ‘My Account‘ settings. 

 

What is your policy on returns?

Please check our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information. As our boxes include sealed art materials, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on unsealed and used products.

 

 

What is your subscription cancellation policy?

We are sorry to hear that you are leaving, but you can cancel your subscription any time after your initial payment. You can cancel your deliveries from the ‘My Account‘ page. If you’ve already paid for your next order, that will be the final box you’ll receive and no further charges will be made.

What if there is a problem with my order/product?

We do our best to ensure that Out of the Box FUN box is in perfect condition when it leaves us! If you are missing items or if your box looks damaged (which can sometimes happen in transit) just give us a shout and we’ll get the problem fixed as quickly as we can! Can my child open the box themselves? Can my child play with the box by themselves?

We do recommend an adult supervises all activities due to small parts. Also you will enjoy doing the activities together and then make reflections on. By this way your connection between you and your child will be supported as we aim to do.

Are you careful with Recycling in your boxes?

Yes! And we really encourage you to recycle it.
